A marquee is versatile and can be placed almost anywhere, but an ideal location is a flat, grassy area with good vehicle access. Specialised flooring systems can address challenges on difficult sites, but this may incur additional costs. Despite potential obstacles, we are dedicated to meeting clients' needs. 

We include our Terms and Conditions with each quotation to provide clarity on payment terms, cancellation consequences, and due dates for payments. Typically, we request a 25% deposit upon booking.

Certainly, the PVC windows/walls can be opened, and the process is quite simple. We can guide a member of the event on how to open them if needed.

The marquee should not cause enduring damage. While the flooring may leave temporary indentations, the grass is expected to recover swiftly. If the marquee stays on-site for an extended period, some temporary yellowing of the grass may occur, but it should regain vitality relatively quickly.

We can provide linings, flooring, lighting, tables, and chairs for your event. While we don't handle decorations, we are more than willing to suggest a reputable business, or you are welcome to decorate the space yourself.
